All of our first aid training team are expert healthcare professionals with many years of frontline experience as well as seasoned first aid trainers and assessors. Some of our competitors are not healthcare professionals but normal first aiders with a basic teaching qualification and a first aid at work qualification. That is the bare minimum you need to deliver registered first aid training in the UK.
Our first aid trainers and assessors are ambulance care assistants, ambulance care technicians, paramedics, and special event medics with an abundance of frontline expertise and first aid training experience, they are required by us to do at least 80 hours CPD and attend a course that will enhance their professional knowledge each year.
We often get asked what is the difference between Regulated and Unregulated first aid qualifications, here is a link that explains it really well.
Our first aid training is regulated by Ofqual (the governmental regulator for England), Qualifications Wales (Welsh governmental regulator), and our first aid qualifications are accredited by Qualifications Network UK. one of the larger awarding organisations for health & safety and first aid qualifications in England and Wales.
