Warwickshire First Aid Training’s registered office is at 17 Carew Walk, Rugby, Warwickshire. CV22 7JH, and we are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10127259.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZA204737 and act as the [data controller/data processor] when processing your data.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Warwickshire First Aid Training only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary, and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations.

Under UK tax law, we must keep your basic personal data, including your name, address, and contact details, for at least 6 years.

After that period, we will destroy the information.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.
