Emergency First Aid at Work

When it comes to employees who work in low-risk environments, many employers opt for emergency first aid at work. This first aid course meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Resuscitation Council UK, giving employers confidence that it will meet both their own and their employees’ needs.

After completing this course, you will be able to confidently use an automated external defibrillator (AED), perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on a person who is not breathing, and monitor the casualty until help arrives.

Furthermore, you will acquire the necessary skills to address less serious injuries like cuts, wounds, burns, and scalds, as well as more serious medical crises like choking, convulsions, or shock.

Qualifications Network UK has accredited this course, and OFQUAL, England’s governmental regulator, regulates it.

This qualification is widely accepted and recognised throughout the United Kingdom.
