Our enquiry form is ideal if you just have a general enquiry.
If you are enquiring about a first aid course and you need a quote for that course then the course enquiry form will enable our customer service team to respond to your specific enquiry more quickly.
Our customer service team have an abundance of knowledge to answer your enquiry and we aim to answer all enquiries during normal office hours with a maximum of 2 hours. More often than not you will get a reply within the hour during normal office hours.
Your enquiries are important to us and we want to give you the best customer service possible but at certain times maybe a little longer than normal.
Our first aid courses are OFQUAL regulated and QNUK accredited and our qualifications are widely recognised and accepted in the UK.
First aid courses meet all National Industry Standards and meet all current guidelines from UK Resuscitation Council, DfE, and EYFS.
First Aid Courses
Our first aid courses are delivered by healthcare professionals who are highly skilled first aid trainers and assessors who are also seasoned event medics.
We can deliver your first aid training on your business site or preferred training venue at a time and date that fits with your operational commitments. This first aid training can be bespoken to fit your operational first aid needs and requirements so it’s a perfect fit for you.
If you prefer to come to our first aid training venue in Rugby we run work-based first aid training courses each month.
