Course Application Form
Welcome to our course application form, this is where you can book your first aid training with us to come to your business site. We use this information to correspond with you, it tells us all the information we need for your booking and to who we have to send our invoice too.
Once this course application form is complete and sent to us, our customer service team will be in touch with you by email within an hour or two to confirm everything with you such as date, venue, costings, etc. This ensures we have got everything correct.
If we haven’t got it correct because we have made an error then we will put it right and reconfirm it with you again. Rarely happens but we are human and occasionally we do get it wrong.
Is your course enquiry form correct?
If you make an error then please let us know as soon as possible so we can amend it for you, errors do happen and we want to ensure we get it correct with you.
Its good to talk to us
We understand things change such as you want to put more colleagues on the course, or you want to reduce the number of colleagues on the course.
This is fine if you tell us.
If we arrive on-site and you have booked 12 people and you only have 8 people we will still charge you for the 12.
If you had told us a minimum of 48 hours before then we would charge you for the 8 and not the 12.

All of our first aid training courses are Ofqual regulated and accredited by Qualifications NetworkUK. and meet National Industry Standards. And all the current guidelines set out by the Department for Education, EYFS 2021 guidelines, and UK Resuscitation Council.
