This First Aid at Work course is also suitable for those who work in low-risk settings, such as large companies or retail stores with customers present.
Qualifications Network UK, in collaboration with other awarding organisations, created the QNUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) to help employers meet their responsibilities under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. NI 1982
Learning Outcomes:

Once you pass all the practical assessments and the final 40 multiple-choice questions, which cover CPR, AED use, and common workplace injuries and conditions, you will earn the following qualification:

Here is what you need to know or have before starting this qualification:
- To pursue this qualification, learners must be at least 14 years old.
- Employers should not rely solely on learners aged 14 to 16 to complete the emergency first aid qualification.
- Learners need enough English to understand and complete the required assessments for this qualification.
- During the assessment, you will need to demonstrate first-aid skills by performing CPR on a training manikin placed on the floor in front of the assessor.
- It is essential that you can perform CPR effectively in this position.
